Lincoln Minster School is a co-educational day and boarding school (ages 4-18) based in the heart of the historic Roman Cathedral city of Lincoln. Based in the East Midlands, Lincoln is only a train away from major cities, including London, and is ranked as the UK's favourite City to raise a family according to a recent study. Lincoln Minster School, with roots dating back to the 12th century, sits beside the Lincoln Cathedral over-looking the City in the idyllic setting of Lincoln’s historic quarter. The Lincoln Minster School experience provides a bespoke, enriched education that consistently creates high achievers with purpose, ambition and character. With small class sizes, each student receives the attention and individualised nurturing needed to support their development and reach their full potential. The school has a strong Sixth-form and ESOL department and a tailored education programme for each pupil as part of our new Education Pathways offer (Business, Creative, Medicine, STEM), designed for our overseas pupils. Pupils are encouraged to pursue their passions. Through our fully-equipped, bespoke art studios, our extensive range of peripatetic music tutors, unique extra and core-curricular activities and trips, our pupils are able to thrive. The school has two on-site Victorian boarding house (boys and girls).
